The Jamaican maintenance guy at 4700 N Hiatus Road, I believe his name is Damion is very responsive and efficient. I reported an issue in my unit at that property at 2:30pm and by 3:45pm it was fixed. I reported 1 vent having an issue and he came and cleaned 5.

Way to go above and beyond, Damion deserves recognition!

Buyer Beware!
They are ruthless.
They put me next to an illegal woodshop in an office zoned area.
Then when you complain that you can't breathe because of Hazardous fumes are coming into your office..
Instead of fixing the problem they try to evict you.
They also put a camera outside my window That would say you're under surveillance And Flash a red and blue every time a car drove by on Peters Road.
The bathrooms are terrible! Homeless people take showers in the sink, graffiti and Marijuana leaves everywhere.
They never clean them at all.
I am sueing them for triple rent.
Worst experience of my life.
Do not rent from them!
My store used to be at
4204 Peter's road Plantation 33317.
By the way it floods inside the store.
I've been on the property for over 30 years. Never had a problem until they hired the new property manager 11 months ago.

I have been renting with Mindful Properties for 3 years. They increased our rent in the middle of the COVID pandemic, with no improvements to the property. Then increased the rent again 1 year later giving 13 day notice that rent increased . No communication from the property manager. Anything that goes wrong they try to fault the tenant. If you request any information from the property manager, you are ignored and get no response what so ever. They send nothing in writing, it is all verbal agreements. They also change these agreements as they see fit. Overall Mindful Properties needs a management overhaul

I lease from 4 different companies in Florida. This is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Their Zero communication work ethic and closing parking lots without any notice so you're forced to close your business for days at a time without even an apology is normal business for them; I guess. Just another corporate wannabee company looking to get rich quick by getting commercial real estate contracts without having a clue on how to operate.
